Ordering & Payment
How far in advance should I place an order that is bigger than 8”?
10”/Rectangular/2-layer/3layer cakes: Order at least 3-7 days prior to your preferred pickup/delivery date.

Note: Full payment must be completed prior ordering to the event for pre-orders.

Delivery Apps: Selected items are available via GrabFood and Foodpanda. (8” cakes only).
What payment methods are accepted?
Website orders accept online bank transfers as well as debit and credit cards. Cash is accepted at store locations. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted because all cakes are made to order.Â
Can I cancel or alter an order?
Once payment is confirmed, orders are final and non-refundable. Date changes require notification at least 3-7 days in advance.

What are the signature bestseller cake flavors?
Blossom Caramel, Midnight Mocha, Ube Cloud, Sunrise Mango, Rose Garden Chocolate, Strawberry Field, Coco Pandan
Can I add a custom dedication to my cake?
Written dedications directly on the cake surface are available exclusively for rectangular cakes due to surface constraints on round designs. For round cakes, dedication message card acrylic toppers are available.Â
How should the cakes be stored, and what is their shelf life?
Refrigerate upon receipt. Cakes are best consumed within 2 to 3 days.Â

Note: For third-party courier pickups, clients are responsible for booking the vehicle. Third-party transit damage is not covered by the shop.
